1. Key Eligibility Criteria – कौन पात्र है?
₹3,000/month benefit के लिए applicant को ये सारी conditions पूरी करनी होती हैं:
योजना strictly महिला applicants के लिए है। पुरुष इस scheme के लिए apply नहीं कर सकते।
Applicant का West Bengal का permanent resident होना अनिवार्य है।
इस age window के बाहर की महिलाएं योजना के लिए पात्र नहीं हैं।
पुरानी scheme के विपरीत अब General, SC, ST और OBC — सभी को equal ₹3,000/month मिलता है।
2. Exclusion List – कौन apply नहीं कर सकता?
2026 guidelines में fiscal sustainability पर ज़ोर है — इन categories में आने पर आप पात्र नहीं हैं:
जो महिलाएं नियमित रूप से Income Tax Return (ITR) file करती हैं — excluded।
Central/State Government, Panchayat, Municipality या statutory bodies से regular salary/pension पाने वाले permanent employees।
West Bengal के government-aided schools/colleges के teaching और non-teaching दोनों तरह के staff।
Valid Indian citizenship और local residential credentials जरूरी हैं — illegal migrants को benefit नहीं मिलेगा।
3. पुराने Lakshmir Bhandar Beneficiaries का क्या होगा?
अधिकांश beneficiaries का auto-migration होकर ₹3,000 payout शुरू हो जाता है। लेकिन नई verification में बड़ी संख्या में entries हटाई गई हैं — अगर आपको SIR 2026 या voter slip verification में flag किया गया तो auto-migrate नहीं होंगे।
Special Intensive Revision (SIR) 2026 voter lists में deceased, shifted या absentee voter mark होने पर auto-migration नहीं होगा।
हाल की voter slip distribution में ASDD — Absent, Shifted, Dead, Duplicate — mark होने वाली entries को भी हटा दिया गया है।
कई auto-migrated accounts transaction failure झेलते हैं। NPCI portal से अपने bank account का Aadhaar Seeding status ज़रूर verify करें।
Flag हुई entries को corrected data के साथ फिर से apply करना होगा — deadline 25 August 2026 तक।
4. Mandatory Documents
Fresh application या data update के लिए ये self-attested documents ready रखें:
- Aadhaar Card — Active और primary bank account से explicitly linked।
- Voter ID (EPIC) — 2026 की localized electoral database से match करने के लिए।
- Address Proof — Government-issued residential credential, permanent WB address के साथ।
- Bank Passbook/Statement — IFSC और account number साफ दिखे। Joint account नहीं — महिला का individual personal account।
- Family Data / Ration Card — Digital Ration Card number, asset declarations और family details के लिए।
5. Apply और Status कैसे करें?
Online Portal
socialsecurity.wb.gov.in पर status track या नया application करें; data form socialregistry.wb.gov.in पर भरा जाता है।
Offline Form
BDO office, municipal office या panchayat camp से multi-page physical form लेकर जमा करें।
Verification (15–30 दिन)
Verification होकर SDO/BDO approved list District Magistrate को भेजते हैं।
Approval + DBT
Approved होते ही ₹3,000/month Aadhaar-linked personal bank account में DBT से।
